Yoga Retreat in Thailand, December 2008 Suzee and I have taught several Yin Yoga Intensives with Ty and Sarah Powers over the last few years and they have been some of the most rewarding experiences for us. It is invaluable for students to have several different voices overlapping in the presentation of the same material. It fosters deeper reflection and helps prevent rigid interpretations of the underlying aims of yogic discipline. In December 2008 we will be joining with Ty and Sarah again at the beautiful Taoist Garden Resort in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our time in Thailand will be a retreat, not an intensive. It is an opportunity to practice asana, pranayama and meditation in a beautiful center of quiet ponds, temples and gardens.
