The little book that started it all is available from Amazon.com. It retails for $15.95. The book that started life as a teaching manual for workshops has now been published by White Cloud Press under the new title “Yin Yoga.” It’s available through your local bookstore or Amazon.com.
The quality of photographs and illustrations in the new “Yin Yoga” is much improved and the text has been redesigned to take advantage of all a professional printing press can offer. A big thank you to Cheri Gray for taking time from her work schedule to apply her considerable talents to this project. The substance of the book remains unchanged but slight rearrangement of the material required minor rewrites. The bibliography has also been updated.
