Chakra Workshop with Takeshima

This workshop is the first in an anticipated series of seven workshops, each workshop focusing on one chakra. This first workshop focuses on the first chakra, muladhara chakra. Takeshima Sensei will lead us through meditation techniques specific to this chakra.

Takeshima Sensei is one of Dr. Motoyama's senior disciples and teaches meditation at Dr. Motoyama's Institute near Tokyo. This is a rare opportunity to study with someone who has thirty years of practice in chakra meditation.
